Your Head Owner group. You can't have a group name with a space in it. Change it to HeadOwner or something like that.

lsutiger25 Can you please post your startup log? I don't have the time to read through all of your permissions, especially when your server will just do that for me. You have to describe the problem better "It's broken" doesn't help solve anything.

You don't have FTP access? How are you uploading plugins and files then? Also, what did you change that caused this to start happening?
The Fancy Whale Ok so i was making VIP ranks k? So when I did all the perms for the VIP ranks, and ran the server, permsex wasn't working. I deleted my VIP changes, but it is still not working
lsutiger25 Your player files probably got goofed up. Have you tried re-adding players to groups? I still don't really know what you mean by "not working". Can you please go into your logs folder and post the latest.log file
Go to the main folder, than the "logs" folder than the "latest.log" and post to something like pastebin.
