Would it be possible to make a plugin that checks what the server's IP address is? I have a small server for friends and my ip changes all the time. Each time I start it up I have to open a browser and go look up my IP and it gets a little annoying. If this plugin could be made that would be great!
I'll attempt to work on this. I suppose by downloading a string from a website with each server load, this is possible. Would you want the string uploaded to a feed of some sort? Thanks in advance! -Sabinno-
Thanks for looking at it! The ip doesnt need to be uploaded anywhere, showing it in the console would be just fine. Could you also put in a command for it? like /ip or/servip. Something like that. Thank you very much

fuzzycut, you could use dyndns. They provide a subdomain for you (such as immanerd.servegame.net) and a tool to automatically update your IP address on their service, so that it's easily accessible by the subdomain.
