I think there is already plugins that can do it. For example from what I remember - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/jobs/ can do it.
i know this plugin already exsists, but its not updated and i cant find any source..im not good enough to take requests

Also, I added the option where in the message that sends when the player gets the money, you can type {player} and it will replace that with the player they killed. If there is a problem, please let me know!
