Permissions plugin

Hello,
I wanted to ask how to make permission plugin like PEX or Groupmanager?
How can i give permissions to player with command?

Sorry for my bad english.

Also if anyone can help, can you give code for example?

you can go and check source code of PEX or Essentials Group Manager at github, they're open source.
Also why would you make another permission plugin, just use the followings.

I want to make a server with my own plugins and commands.

 

Then do it. You're essentially coming and asking for us to code you an entire plugin, or at least parts of it. If that's what you want, go to Plugin Requests, but they'll probably tell you to use one of the perfectly fine existing plugins. If you have a problem with the code, feel free to come back and ask for help, but please don't ask for the code itself.

 

if you want server with your plugins only and dont know how to code plugins at all - you came to wrong place.
