   Hi, I can't find a good plugin for my 1.7.2 server !!!
   I need a plugin which can do whatever the command I want if the player do something bad !
   The plugin could stop (jail, ban, mute or kick such as I want !) people who :
   - flood chat
   - say bad words or else (like that)
   - write with CAPS
   - send URL of server (detected with the :XXXXX maybe or if there is NOT "http:// or www.")
