Promblem starting up server in CentOs VPS

    ok so i have my server installed in this directory : /home/Jamal/MineLore With my map plug-ins settings etc. But when i use this command to run the server java -Xms2000M -Xmx3500M -jar /home/Jamal/MineLore/craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar nogui it starts up i can log in, but its not my map, none of my plug-in are running and basically everything is a fresh new server... Why i really need to put my server up on it!

    java -Xincgc -Xmx3500M -jar craftbukkit-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar nogui
