MyHome wont work. Please help.

i have MyHome installed on my bukkit server but it doesn't work.

This is what it says when i start the server-

[WARNING] [MYHOME] A permision plugin isn't loaded.
[WARNING] [MYHOME] 'Help' isn't detected. No /help support.

The plugin used to work fine. I'v deleted the old MyHome.JAR and replaced it with an updated one.
I really need to get this working or people on my server are going to riot. lol
