   Hello, i am looking to make a plugin that has something to do with rails and Minecarts in Minecraft. What i am mostly un sure on is that i want to run an event by say a block or a sign under the track. Maybe the sign would be like eject entity/player or boost minecart or something along those lines. Is this called Block manipulation or is it called somthing else where you use the block under the track to run an event? I would be hugely grateful if someone can correct me and maybe link me to a place where i could find what I am looking for in how to do this.

   You could get the tracks location then just add(0, -1, 0) to get the block below it?
