Plugin category: Safety Suggested name: noProxy What I want: I would like a plugin that does not allow players with proxies to connect to the server. Im sure there are many other plugins like this but they are outdated by a year or so. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: noproxy.allow ( allows ranks to join with proxy) When I'd like it by: Week or two
No clue, but ive seen servers with the anti proxy plugin before not sure how they recognized the proxies.
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anti-proxy/ It should work with all of the newer bukkit builds since it sticks to the API.
Heres the code; http://pastebin.com/9g6sft1p It did block my proxy, but i disconnected about 10 minutes ago from the proxy and it is still blocking me out. Anybody out there that can fix the code given in the pastebin so it rechecks if my proxy was removed and lets the player connect?
I don't understand why you had to make a new project with the same code as anti proxy, for that I just don't want to help you, it's kind of stupid that people don't want to give the developers credit, so they try to change the name of the plugin and any message they get on login saying made by (developer's name), and they also change the plugin.yml author to their name or just completely remove it, anything that links to the original developer, as I see you changed the package to your name, you changed the plugin name, you changed the permission.
I changed the name of the plugin because I liked noProxy more, changed the package name because I was recreating the plugin..
draypvp Besides you didn't check the output of the website and checked if it was the same as what you are checking for
There is nothing wrong with the plugin, it works fine, however: http://botscout.com/test/?ip=127.0.0.1 is classified as a proxy. Also, it's not a good idea to steal code from a plugin with the "All rights reserved" licence.
