Best Random Teleporter plugin?

Hi I have tried a number of different random teleport plugins but the ones I have tried seem to have something wrong with them..

One which teleport to the middle of the ocean the majority of the time.
I am currently using RandomPort which 9/10 times the player ends up suffocating..

I just want a plugin that random teleports a user via a command or a sign.. puts them on safe land and not suffocating in a wall.

Ideally i dont want to specifically have to go around setting spawn points either as to me that is not random.

If anyone could help that would be amazing.. Thanks.
