A Multi server chat plugin with option of leaving and joining both chats

So I know there are multi world chat plugins around there but I was wondering if someone could find me one / make one that has the ability to leave and join chats. For example:

I have two servers Smp1 and Smp2 me and some of my friends want to play on smp1 a vanilla 1.7.2 server but my other friends want to play on my second server which is ftb monster 1.6.4
lets say we want to still be able to talk to one another so we would use a command to join the smp2 chat and stay in the smp1 chat. Now lets say the smp2 server chat gets a bit roudy and spammy so I want to leave the smp2 chat and stay in the smp1 chat whereas my other friends on smp1 want to talk to the others on smp2. That is basically what I am looking for. A plugin that that allows you to choose which servers you want to talk in whilst being on one server and all of this ingame minecraft.
