How can I do this and what Chat Plugin

Alrighty-

So I want my chat for default users to be like....
(Title) Nickname.
The title is using the plugin titles. Very simple plugin, that allows you to choose
titles for your members to use.

Now, for the nickname spot, I need it where when you type /Nickname is will change that spot, won't show the real name...

Also, what is the plugin that would... Display this over the persons head? Nickname (Real MC Name)
... Please help- What are these plugins!? Or, which should I use? PermissionsEx, Groupmanager, etc...

 

For your second question, This would be impossible, As anyone with a long IGN would have a name longer than 16 characters, Which is illegal for the client. And for your first, Do you mean that nicknames aren't working?

It is possible for people with short-middle length igns, You cannot i mean CANNOT go over the 16 character limit for the name above the player. Otherwise, No one will be able to connect since minecraft only works with 16 character names. You could try NamETagEdit or TagAPI, But they don't seem to be what your looking for.

Chat plugin? I don't know what you mean. You could try EssentialsChat, I'm pretty sure the {DISPLAYNAME} tag works with nick names.
