Hello. I am looking to put my server on a host. And have had a look online and seen that alot of people have been suggested which is the BEST host to go for.

Also im running 33 Plugins on a 2000x2000 block map. A 40 player slot. How much memory (ram) etc would i need to go for. I dont think 1gb is going to cut it :p.

    Cheers guys

This is a very common question. I suggest reading through some of these.

I use beastnode. it is great. you get 5gb of SSD space (for worlds) and also another gig for plugins and stuff. so its 6gb in total! And its only 11.99 a month! (cheapest i have seen!) You can look into other plans as well such as a 4.49/mo plan that gives you 5gb of world space and also another 250MB for plugins and other storage u may need! Check it out! LINK: Beastnode-Hosting

Other hosts offer like 5.99 per gig while you get 6 gigs for 11.99!

    comparison 36.00/mo for 6gb or 11.99/mo for 6gb??

you can upgrade the 5gb whenever you want for your worlds as well!!!

Also it gives you a multicraft panel and this host is FAST and RELIABLE!

this amount of gb is probably perfect for 40 players. I use 40 players on my server. I also have 3 100,000 x 100,000 maps and a nether world and a end world!

... Whatever you're on, I want some of it. xD
BeastNode is one of the most expensive, none-reliable host I've ever used.

I'd recommend VLHosting, their prices are really cheap ($30 for 10GB of RAM / $3.00 per GB) and their hardware is excellent. Never had any problems with them.

Nah man i still think beastnode is the most legit. i dont trust any long term things with these other hosts. Also if you do the math beastnode is still cheaper. 11.99 plus 11.99 is about 24.00.

in other words about $24.00 for 12gb. Still cheaper than VLHosting. Its actually one of the cheapest hosts.

I can't recommend a host, however check through reviews on MinecraftForum, check their features and support. If they don't list their hardware anywhere, they're probably hiding old, slow hardware :)

    MCProHosting.com
Scalable. Fast and friendly customer support. Instantly online. Upgrades are instant. Many levels to start with; I suggest Lapis but Iron is fine for startup. I researched for a month and after much anguish settled on MCProHosting and have no reservations or regrets. They have everything you need: SSD, high bandwidth, dedicated if you need that.

I have used Exodushosting.net mcprohosting.com and beastnode. Beastnode's packages are good, but I prefer exodus over mcpro and beastnode mainly because of their support sys
