How frequent should one save?

    How frequently should I set my server to save? What do you guys have as your interval?

    I used to autosave every 15 minutes but cause of the amount of worlds my server was running and the amount of people online everyone was freezing for 10 seconds.Something that I thought about was a plugin that would save one world every 15 minutes and will exclude the worlds that have not been edited since the last save.
