Plugin to spawn enchanted books?

    I need a plugin designed to spawn enchanted books. With commandbook I can spawn enchanted tools but it does not seem to work for books. Any suggestions? I'm going to pair it with serversigns to make a book shop.

    Assuming you use Essentials, you can run this command,
    "give {PLAYER} 403:1 1 (EnchantmentID:EnchantmentLevel)"
    So say you want to give an unbreaking book you would use this command,
    "give {PLAYER} 403:1 1 34:3"

    I am using commandbook actually. I can't find a passthrough in spigot to use the vanilla give command.
