I keep getting the I guess, 'Warning': "[21:35:56 WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change or is the server overloaded? Running 541ms behind, skipping 15 tick<s>" I am wondering if this is a serious problem, should I worry about it? If it is a real problem what can I do to fix it? Any help would be awesome!

Yes, It means that your server is running behind and is skipping processes, that could damage your PC/MAC/Dedicated Server. I add more RAM to my server to get it to stop. This problem is caused by too many chunks loading, too many command input, or a large amount of plugins running. Hope this helped you, and your server. ~Polish

I allocated more RAM to the server, but I still got the Warning Message. Do I need to like physically add more RAM to my PC?

Do you actually experience lag, or the players, or is it just the message in the console that annoys you?

Because that message has been a pain since before Moses was born, always used a hack or plugin to suppress it, nowadays you open bukkit.yml and do this:

    Code:
    settings:
      warn-on-overload: false

    and it's gone for good.

That is optional, but it will do damage to your PC without you knowing, but if you can, add more RAM to your PC/MAC/Dedi-server and then add 2-4 GB to your server. If that's outta the mind, then try lightening your plugin load. IF you cant lighten it, change the max-player amount .If you still don't want to do that, maybe use a server host to host it (I use MCProHosting). Also, if it is player lag, the internet connections are weak because the sun's activity: http://spaceweather.com/ <- Shows you why. I hope this saves you and your server from breaking. ~Polish
