Plugin Request for anti-trap in nether portals.

Hi there, I have a small issue on my server in which some players get stuck in nether portals because there are blocks next to the portal preventing players from getting out. They are also in another factions territory so they cannot break the blocks. And as you might know, vanilla minecraft mechanics prevent players from typing commands whilst in a nether portal. My suggestion for a plugin is to teleport players to spawn when they log out of the server. I am pretty sure that this not require a lot of coding to do. This plugin would also help a lot of people who run faction servers and face the very same problem.

 

I only want players teleported to spawn when they are stuck in a nether portal, not every login. :/
