   Ok so on a paintball server I play called MCBallCTF. They have voices when someone picks up a flag and stuff. Im guessing its custom sounds. The ip so you can see is 'play.mcball.net'. I think its just the custom sounds cause they got a custom resource pack. But if it isn't just please tell me

   Its a custom resource pack(rp) which can be found here. This rp was originally created by A_Jazzy_Whale. You should be able to pick up how it works from the layout of the zip file. Just make sure the sound you want to replace is named appropriately. As for custom sounds, MCBall only has two of those and they are played rarely, the voices for the flag events are using Minecraft mob sounds.
