Deny building in a specific world

So I am making a build server and I want to deny the guest rank building in the main world.I have PermissionsEX (permission plugin) and multiverse (multi world plugin).I have a plotme world were people can build and apply for builder except i'm not sure how to not give permission for that world and not for the other.
