when users from 1 to 60 works well

when 80 - 100 malfunctions

problem when there is a cut after 20 seconds and works fine for 5 minutes and still crashes after 20 seconds and so on

the server is a centos Multicraft 16gb ram dedicated server

you got clear lagg installed, you can do /lagg chunk to find the largest chunks.
