Essentials Kits (No Error, but no new kits?)

I've been working on the kits for a friends server recently and am utterly stumped on why my newly added kits aren't showing up. I've added the correct permissions to the correct Group Manager ranks and all of the kits to the Owner rank, but can't figure out what's wrong. No errors are thrown either which is why I need a tad bit of help searching for what's wrong in what I wrote. If you can figure this out, here: http://pastie.org/8672110

That link only contains the kits section of the Essentials plugin. If more is needed, DON'T hesitate to ask! PLEASE!

 

What exactly happens when you try to spawn the kit?

 

I guess this is an error. I was thinking of console error messages. When I try to spawn one of the NEW kits, it says simply "This kit does not exist".

 

Do you get a config.yml.broken file? Also paste full file please.

I'm surprised you bother to look through the thing, even if you ARE Moderator!
If that wasn't a mistype, no, I do not have a fonfig.yml.broken file.

 

Please tell me you either restarted the server or did /reload after you put in the edited file..

 

Yes I did. I had to multiple times to check for errors, sometimes not changing anything. I also did /essentials reload each test.
