Custom Mob Commands

Suggested name: CustomMobCMD

What I want: ( If Some of these suggestions cannot be done its completely fine! )
Mobs won't attack players.
The mob will stay positioned in one location at all times.
The mob cannot be injured.
Right-Click a mob and a command will be preformed.
Custom-Name above mob head.
( Possibly: Enabled Worlds )
( Possibly: Custom Item In Hand )

The main idea for the plugin is for mobs to have commands! For player don't have the trouble of doing the command or opening a GUI for the command!

Ideas for commands: /CMC set {mob type} {name} {command}

Ideas for permissions: mobcmd.use.{name}

When I'd like it by: Hopefully by 1/16/14

That plugin actually has a page with the download... Search commandnpc bukkit then select the bukkit forums, and then it is in there. Just to hold you off until MisterAJC makes his
