Hi nossr, great plugin you made there.

There's just one little thing bugging me atm
Would it be possible to alter how the Feather/ChimeraWing thingy works ?

There's soo many other plugins out there which also use Feathers and when using McMMo i can't
use either of them since urs occupies all the Feathers for itself.
It'd be awesome if you could add something to the config to turn off the ChimeraWing completely
or maybe add an option to config which item is consumed for the Chimera Wing ...

 

I'm very sorry if this has been asked before but PLEASE answer this:

I tried changing the command for mcmmo, particularly the /stats command, i want to change it to /mcstats because it conflicts with another plugin and that one i can't change... i change it in the mcmmo properties file when the server is disabled, save it, enable the server but nothing changed and when i check the mcmmo properties file it has changed itself back to /stats... how can i make this permanent? do i change /stats=stats to /mcstats=mstats ?

Please help

 

any response on the checking of the cancelled status before giving xp/loot?

I'm running both plugins as well, an in the xml config file for MMCore, I changes iron_block to red_wool... problem solved. Hope this helps you.

 

major bug: once in a while the plugin doesn't stop the abilitys, so every ability has an infinte time of usage. our players cheated like hell with a permanent super pickaxe. problem was reproducable after some hours of gaming. (no error in the console - it just happens) - even if the ability is not activated, after activation it's avaiable until a server reboot. (afaik /reload didn't work)

Without knowing anything about your server, and the style your going after... if its just good old fasioned role playing like D&D...

Etar =Has many different meanings... mostly medical, but has an old world D&D feel.
Zimabu Eter = Refrence used for people who have had a close encounter of the fourth kind.

 

Hmmm an interesting idea someone on my server had. How about adding the ability to purchase skills. you could collaborate with the essentials people and the iconomy people.

Also you could add npc's that can award experience in certain skills.

Hi, don't mean to bug you, but... Can you shorten the plugin info?

The first message at the begining of each page. Simply put things like: Changelog etc for each section.

 

You know you can 'hide' the first post correct? I think all that info is good for new people. And when you click "Go to First Unread" or your alerts, it skips past it anyway.

 

Nice and Simple:
- Is it possible to restrict level?
- IE level 30.

I assume POWER-LEVEL is your LEVEL, can you restrict it?

 

I agree the info is great, but the wiki looks cleaner.

Also the "Collapse First Post" doesn't work for me either Firefox or Chrome.

 

Really? Works on my end (Chrome). And I agree, perhaps moving the info to the Wiki would A) clean up the first post and B) make the Wiki more useful as a Wiki.

 

It works for you in Chrome? I feel robbed. I thought maybe it was one of those horrible, it only works in Internet Explorer things.

Any suggestions... I haven't moded either browser, and only have 2 add-ons running in Firefox.

 

Try upgrading chrome to dev channel... I use the Dev chan and i can do it... :S

Not sure what caused it or what was done, was just browsing redding and saw it pop up in console on my other monitor. Just reporting

 

One of my users is telling me that he found an exploit. Pumpkins give you herbalism exp, even the ones you have placed yourself.
Any chance of fixing this? Leveling herbalism is way too easy with this exploit.

 

I just tested this, and yes it is true with 0.9.29 on CB 677.

 

@nossr50 Can you please add possibility to change/remove message, that server is running mcMMO (and the link to the wiki)? I have some important messages at startup, and I need people to see them without any other info

So unarmed is only against monsters and not animals? Also, you need to have nothing in your hand, correct?

Can you make it so the higher level you are, the more damage monsters deal?

Any plans adding a possible sprint and longer air under water with acrobatics?

 

Regeneration isn't working in the latest build.

Had one of my players idle for 2 hours with 3 hearts of damage to test it.

Looks like it ties in with the timer error on startup. Other elements of the mod seem to be working fine.
