PermissionsEx MySQL help

I currently have my server setup with Multiverse, and a flat permissions.yml. I recently bought another server to run BungeeCord. I have that all set up and it works fine. I would like to have the same PermissionsEx file on both servers that are connected to the Bungee server. I don't know ANYTHING about MySQL. My host Craftnode, provides us with a free MySQL server by "phpMyAdmin". Please keep in mind I don't know anything about this, and if you could provide me with step by step instructions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, do I need to make any kind of changes to the current setup of my permissions.yml. I saw somewhere there is a "dump" command within PEX that changes it in some way.
