Connect Problem... Please Help !!!

Okay, so yesterday i made a server. I port forwarded properly, did everything as told and tried everything, I can direct connect to my server and can use my IPv4 to get in but others cannot. They have tried getting in with my ip from ip chicken , my ipv4, i do not know what to do . please help.
I am on a PC running Windows 8.
