Plugin puts health on exp level

Hi, i dont speak english very well so pardon me for my errors.
I want a Plugin for convert the health to exp level ( like dungeon realms ).
I've find an equal topic bui its closed and the plugins download is broken...
Please help me and create this Plugin

 

Why would you need this? It's only useful if you have special items that increase the xp level.

 

Ive just a Plugin for create special item that increased health. I only need the Plugin for put the health in the exp level

In 1.7.2, the heart amount can increase, making this look either unusefull or.. weird.

 

So its not possibile make this Plugin?

I want it, if its difficult put the health in the exp level use this http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/bar-api/ and put the health in the bar.

The Bar-API isn't needed. From what I understand it's possible to just 'player.setLevel(player.getHealth())'.

If you set the health amount as the xp level, you would then need to prevent a player with 30 health from spending what the games knows to be their xp on enchants.

 

Cancelling the opening of the inventory for people without specific permissions?

I don't know, the description is a bit vague. It sounds like the game is supposed to run as normal other than showing how many health points the player has as the number the xp bar uses.

This plugin would be so easy to make, but seems so useless...if you really need it you need a loop that runs every second (or an onPlayerDamage event) then just update the health...I guess I could make it if you want.

For your question: Yes, i want the health go over 20 health ( 15000 or more ) and support Lores, please make it possibile.

I have just a Plugin for to operate the Lores add in the armor ( example: Health ) whit loreattributes.
You just have to add support for Lores not integrate a your Lore
EDIT: I have test the plugin and it work but when i put a Lore into an armor ( example 4000 health ) he show me the hearth in the hearth bar, please fix it.

I use Lore attributes and Lores but the problem is not this...
The problem is the heart... I want u block the heart level al 10 and the only bar go up will be the level exp bar ( whit Lore add health ).
