Hello, my server is gone psycho. The staff are not listening to me, they threaten to hack me if I don't make them owner, 75% of them are quitting now because of all the profane, hacking, etc. We just made a phenomenal spawn, that is HUGE! And the person who made it is deleting it before he leaves, and OMG I CAN'T CONTROL THIS. Please help.. PS. Don't say this is not the right spot, this is under 'Bukkit HELP', and I need 'HELP'. Minecrafter099 First of all, shut down the server like HelpfulBeast suggested, temporarily. Ban anyone who threatens to hack you; you don't need players like that. And if profanity is a problem, you can install a plugin to keep the chat clean. If your staff is treating you badly, reconsider how you choose staff members. Your staff should be people you trust, not people hungry for power. A good staff person would be able to help you in a crisis like you're having, not make it worse. If you can't find good staff, you're better off not having any at all rather than having bad staff. Even if these are people you know in real life, it is still your server and if they can't respect the way you want to run it, then they don't deserve to be staff. Also, make sure you always back up your server especially after completing important builds. As long as you keep a backup, you can always do a rollback to your most recent save if something disastrous happens. Try to stay calm and remember than anything you've lost can most likely be rebuilt. It'll suck to have to do over, but it isn't the end of the world. As for losing your playerbase, people come and go on Minecraft servers all the time. You'll be able to replace anyone you've lost if you just give it time. Fix the things that are broken, sort out your staff problems, and people will come back and stay.

Minecrafter099 Hacking. We don't know what you are talking about. What kind? I was thinking of DDoSing, that is why I told you to shut it down. Or, spawn destruction, etc.
