   recently our tps has been getting pretty low with only 25-35 players.​

   It seems there is a lot of entities in the world, you may want to decrease the amount using: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/clearlagg/
   Also, if you ever experience any plugin lag / think you are, use this: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/timingsparser/
