Torch That Glow On Hand? | Arrow That Glow? | Having Mobs Spawn More?

I am looking for exactly what the title says. 3 plugins.

- The mob one is because for some reason my server is in Hard, yet when me and my friends enter caves nothing at all appears, It is rare for a monster to show up. Does anybody know why or a plugin that I could control these things better?

- I would love to shoot a fire arrow in a cave and when the arrow hits it glows that area. Is it possible?

- Having a torch or a glowstone on hand it glows?

I am not sure about the others, but I know this is currently impossible without client modifications :/ Sorry

 

Lighting changes are primarily calculated client-side. The best you could do is spawn torches at the players feet whenever they're holding one, and remove it shortly after. Wouldn't be pretty, but it'd work

Never seen this before - very interesting. That being said, it is still calculated client side, and even with a server-sided version of this, it wouldn't be a completely smooth experiance. A lot better then my idea though
