I'm looking for a plugin that cancels block updates, so I can put blocks in places / states they wouldn't normally be able to be in. Example: Sugar cane on stone, cocoa bean growing on clay, ect. When I worldedit a block into a place it shouldn't be, it stays for about a minute, and then the game catches up and breaks it. I need these blocks to stay so I can make cool terrains and other many applications for my server. I'm pretty sure there are plugins like this, but I can't find them for the life of me. Thanks!
SniperBrob This can be accomplished with voxel sniper if you want. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/voxelsniper/
Ah thanks, I didn't know VoxelSniper did that. I had it, but it broke with 1.7 and hasn't updated (or if it did, it doesn't have a stable build).
You can do /stoplag if you have WorldGuard. So you would put a dirt/sand block down, place the sugar cane, type /stoplag, remove the dirt/sand, and replace it with your desired block.
