So I have been using essentials for quite a while now on my server, and allow payers to use warps to teleport around the server. (E.g. /warp creativeplots)

What I would like, is a plugin which makes it so that you only have to type /creativeplots instead of /warp creativeplots.

So for example I would type '/etp set creativeplots' on the block I am standing on, and now any player can tp there by typing /creativeplots.

If there was any conflict with other commands, there would be an error message saying "Sorry, another command like that is already in use, please try a different command" for example.

IDEAS FOR COMMANDS:

/etp set [name]
/etp del [name]
/etp reset [name]

IDEAS FOR PERMISSIONS:

etp.use*

Very complicated implementation and very likely to cause conflicts with other installed plugins.

Example: Player creates a warp called "towny". You have Towny installed. Type /towny. Which plugin takes precedence? Which plugin did the command sender actually want to run?

 

zeeveener as I stated in my post, the plugin would scan for other commands identical to the one you type in. If there was any conflict the console would say something like "Sorry that command is already in use."

 

I overlooked that sorry. This is still a pretty complicated plugin for such a seemingly simple change.

 

use an alias plugin.

No, I don't plan on doing this plugin. I was simply voicing my opinion.

 

CommandHelper, check that out. If you can't find it, google alias plugin.

 

Mathias Eklund ill check it out. Looks like it could be what I'm looking for.
