Severe problems with server

Hello, I am having a critical problem with my server. Some of the things that are happening are:

- Chunks in wrong places (eg. jungle chunk in the middle of desert town)

- Server not saving data (every time I log off, it switches me to survival mode, and the items i cleared from my inventory are back.)

- Player's hearts are not regenerating after having no hunger

- Probably some more I am unaware of.

The problems, like mentioned before, are getting pretty bad. Players are complaining and three towns have already been damaged, one of them unfixable. It would be horrible to loose players to the problems. Strangely, I have experienced no lagg.

My server runs either Spigot and Bukkit 1.7.2 (whichever is most updated, currently Spigot) and has many Bukkit plugins. I will be able to post an error log file, but I would need you to tell me which one, as I am not sure about those files.

Spigot 1.7.2 is not supported in here. First of all, it's unsupported which means that the new blocks doesn't work, it's basically 1.6.4 but it allows 1.7.2 clients to join. Bukkit 1.7.2 (Development Build) came out, go update.

Solved. I updated all of the plugins and restarted server.
