Server eating a my world??

Hello. I have recently noticed something quite odd about something on my server. I have made this dome for a spleef arena (below in picture) and a few days later i find there are a bunch of randomly cut lines in the flat land. They are hundreds of blocks long and about 30 lines have shown up. This is not the first time i have found this on my server (just for your info). I have no idea why this happens nor what plugin is causing this. Here is a picture to give you a better idea of what is happening:


I have a lot of plugins. I don't know if that is the problem but if it is please notify me asap.

A lot of plugins in there can mess with the world, disable them 1 by 1 till it stops.
