Loaning Money

So I almost figured out how to fix my other thread but I need to know how to make people pay back the money when they take a loan and have a limit that they cant take Does anyone know the answer to this?

Oh Yea Im making this Plugin for my Server and also Another Server and well make it public when fully finished
