Chest Shops are not working for me!

    OK so basically I have looked all over the internet and did not see one person with the same problem as me. I have vault (Witch I cant delete because it helps with my other plugins). My chestshop is working but it does not delete money from the person that buys the item for a price. Here I will give you pictures
