Am I able to run a 50+ ppl plus server with this specs?

Athlon II X4
Evga GeForce 430 1GB
14GB RAM
2TB HDD

Right now I have 6GB Of RAM

I will be ordering 8GB of RAM more next week

SO will I be able to run it?

 

The HDD isnt much of a spec for MC servers . But if data stack up , you will need about maximum 350GB maybe.

Athlon would be a good choice but if you upgrade I suggest moving onto XEON.
Now, it depends from the plugins and what you will be doing.Calculate about 200 MB per player normally. But with way too much plugins and everybody performing custom plugin abilities and weird stuff that utilize lot of rescources , it will be a lot more! Im sure you can run that much players with that machine. Also , the internet speed/ping/location of server matters! Go for an unmetered if you can

Are you running this at your home, with 11/3 internet speed? Also, what OS are you planning on using / using?

11mb/3mb internet speed with 50+ players will hurt a bit. Most (hosted) servers have at least 100mb/s internet speed. A while ago, when I was home-hosting a server with around 10/2mb/s, that was the main source of lag even with <10 people.
When it got to 15 people online, the CPU and RAM were fine, but I could barely do anything on the internet and everyone was getting a ton of connection lag.

If you plan to home host with 50+ people, I would certainly look into upgrading your internet speed if possible.

 

With a 3 Mbps (megaBITS/sec) upload, you'll only be able to support 10 players.

I suggest the 105/20 Mbps service if you want to host 50 players.
