Solved Broadcast ++ Line # is empty or wrongly configured

My messages.txt is attached. Now my problem arised when changed my Server IP. Not sure if this is related or not. I did have one problem back then. It would say "Line # is empty or wrongly configured" after the last message before reloading. How do I fix this? But the main problem is this:

It has created twice as many lines and every second is broken. I have 12 lines but it goes up to 24 every second coming u with an error message. But by then end of the 24 all my 12 messages has come through. Thanks for the help!!!!

 

Turns out it was the IP swap. The host helped me fix it
