Plugin category: Teleportation Suggested name: Block Teleport What I want: I'd like it to have it to where you can click the ground with a nether quartz at two differnt places and when you do click the ground a nether quartz ore will pop up and when you have clicked to places you can teleport there and back in tell someone breaks one of the blocks. So...what you're saying is that you want it so that you can make a teleportation system by right clicking with nether quartz at two points? Do you want it so that if you right click on the ore it teleports you to the other one, and vice versa? Hey, I'll give this a shot though. Give me some time though, and no guarantees.
I'd like it to where you would have to crouch to teleport. there is a sever that has something like it but its not a plugin they use something else but yea thanks for giving it a try and if you want to know what sever it is just reply and ill tell you.
Hi. I'll get working on this today. Here's the features: If a player is holding a certain item and they right click a block, it saves the blocks location Once the player right clicks another block both the blocks will turn into glass and are virtually grouped If a player crouches on one of the blocks and they have permission, they will teleport to the other block The blocks can't be broken unless you have permission
northskylar Here it is: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/teleportblocks/ The next build will have it so you can define two blocks and then when you sneak, it will group them together so you can have more than 1 at a time. Edit: I've added a new release file. Here's the steps on using it: Define the first block by left clicking with the define tool Define the second block by right clicking with the define tool Link them together with "/link" Any player can teleport with the blocks by standing above one of the linked blocks and clicking the sneak button.
They've deleted the file because it's got the wrong update checker (since they've brought out the new rules)... I've already started the next update so when I'm done I'll add it to the BukkitDev page.
northskylar Also, at the top, your incorrect. "Its not a plugin but something else". It has to be a plugin, unless its a client side mod (which you said its on a server you've seen, so im guessing that its a plugin ;P).
AndyMcB1 Bukkit.jar? That seems highly unlikely. Plugins are %100 easier to use, easier to modified, easier to code. Im pretty sure plugins are the only options.
Um there sever is us.shotbow.net and they dont use plugins they use a differnt type of thing (forgot what they said) but yeah ive seen it while i was playing anni on there sever.
You arn't making any sense. You just said they arn't using plugins, and now you just said they are using custom plugins. This is only possible with a plugin.
