PEX Multi world permissions buggy?

Hello, I am currently having problems with my permisssions using pex, as in some worlds players cannot even do /help, while in others permissions work just fine. Here is the link to them:

That would not interfere with the actual world permissions. I chose for the prefixes to be that way, and it has no effect on permissions.
