Ender Effect When Player Does /spawn

What I Want
When a player does /spawn and gets teleported to the servers spawn point a enderpearl particle effect goes off.

Permissions
No permissions needed for this plugin.

Commands
No commands needed for this plugin.

When I Want It By
Whenever it can be done.

That would be pretty cool! Perhaps the same for when players use other teleport commands like /home and /warp?

I think I should be able to do this. Would you like it to happen everytime the player teleports?

 

The particle effect and teleport sound effect would be nice. I would have it go off every time a player uses one of those commands.

I would definitely use this on my server.
