Help with my server Plugins.

I was wondering what plugins I should get...When I realized I could Get some other opinions! So Comment what Plugins you think I should install. If you have some good ideas Maybe we can communicate during a Skype call And/or I can give you a free rank or Staff member... If you help me. Please comment Some ideas Some of the plugins I already have are: Floauction, Factions, Essentials, Combat Log, Clear lag, Silk Spawners NoCheatPlus WorldEdit And some other different plugins

I have run group manager and found it wasn't really that great, seeing as you need to restart your server if you make the slightest change to your groups. For permissions, I would suggest PermissionsEx. You will definitely need Vault and Essentials as well.
