1.6.4 clients on 1.6.2 server

Hey there. Does anybody know how one would go about allowing 1.6.4 clients on their 1.6.2 Bukkit server? Many big servers have already updated. Is this possible, or are they just using spigot? Thanks!

 

i already posted how... in the topic 1.6.4. also, bukkit just came out with the 1.6.4 update but many plugins *from my experence* break. so as usual it will take some time before most active plugins are updated for the 1.6.4.

 

swimmer1929 check out the awesome feature added by mojang called "Profiles". You can also set with which version you want to connect to the server. Latest or earlier versions.
