   Hello, how can I prevent players from getting slowed down by cob webs? Like when flying in creative mode, you can just go through the webs without getting slowed down.

   AFAIK it's impossible. Maybe look into NMS code? I am pretty sure it's done client side, though. You could change their speed/add a speed potion effect, however.
