Player Connection Problems

Welcome!

I've set my brand new server. My brother and some guys can join, but 4/5 players can't. In the console I see that someone is trying to join.

What's wrong?

 

Are they using mods, or is your server? A Vanilla client can't join a Tekkit server. A Tekkit client won't join a vanilla server.

 

This is Bukkit server with 20 plugins. Problem started when I installed plugin Punishmental and removed it.

 

Actually, this 'error' also appears whenever they open their server list in the client.

 

So it isn't my fault? Noone can join! Only people I invited. This server doesn't have whitelist.
