Easier Skeletons Plugin

Suggested name:
- EasierSkeletons (If you have a better name then make sure to tell me about it)

What I want:
- A plugin that will reduce the firing speed of skeletons up to 60 ticks instead of 20.

- I have made a mod for this here: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1760827-easier-skeletons-mod-as-reviewed-by-setosorcerer-162/

- I will link the plugin on my mod post and give the maker any credit he/she wants.

- You have full control of the plugin.

Ideas for commands:
- /firespeed <Ticks> Allows you to change the firing speed of skeletons ingame.

Ideas for permissions:
- easierskeletons.speed Players can use the /firespeed command.

When I'd like it by:
- Just take your time.

Can't you just make it yourself? If you made that mod, you know java so you should be able to make this plugin your self. Am I correct?

 

I tried to but coding bukkit is a lot more difficult to do because you have to make your own signals and triggers. In minecraft most of that is already there.

 

Whoever makes this please have a config, I want a machine gun like skele
