    Hey guys,
It's HDfunctions and recently I started up a new server for my friends and I to play on, however, plain survival gets boring after a while. So do any of you know any fun plugins that still keeps the server fully survival? For example, SuperMobs by Pangamma, Herobrine AI by Jakub1221, etc...

I like CreeperHeal because it allows you to retain the fear of falling through holes into lava/caves while still preventing explosion grief.

I haven't tried it but http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/fun-hard-mode/ looks like it could add a refreshing edge to the game.

One plugin I requested awhile ago but is in beta currently is Custom Professions. It's one of those plugins where you can decide the name of your skills and how much experience is needed and all you need is plugins that can perform console commands. For example, if you wanted to add lockpicking (a cool survival feature to have) you would download the plugin LoreLocks which lets you lock chests and then you could use the example config provided on the custom profession example page and give experience for unlocking people chests as well as reward higher level locks as a permission at certain levels. When you configure the skills, you can make it run a permissions plugin command to add a new permission to that player that unlocked the level for themselves giving them the next level of lockpicking.

If you need any help with the plugin, be sure to let me know.

Thanks. But, I'm looking more for a plugin that adds "new mobs." Such as the snake plugin.

Yes. But it isn't really what I'm looking for.

In that case, you may want to look at MobManager as it lets you customize the name of a mob and give it abilities. You really need to look through the documentation to get a good grasp on it but once you do, you could have several unique types of mobs easily.
