Looking for a plugin that gives a Extra twist to my Factions server

My user are getting bored!
I have been searching for something fun on my server but I haven't found any good plugin!

I am looking for a plugin that gives an extra twist to my server.
something that would change the defenition of my server, or just that would be something fun for some time!
