Worldguard command for Subregions?

    Hey there! :)
    I opened a minecraft server and I am using WorldGuard to protect
    the city! How can i set a Subregion in the protected area to give
    other Players a Residence?
    I know that this is possible, but I couldn't find the
    command in the WorldGuard Wiki (Outdated?!)
