    With VehicleCraft You can drive a Vehicle diagonally like a car a plane, ship or a custom boat.

    Suggested name: VehicleCraft

    What I want: Allow Using Vehicles in Minecraft without redstone And using blocks to make a Vehicle.

    Ideas for commands: /VC Car, /VC Plane, /VC Ship, and /VC Boat

    Ideas for permissions: VehicleCraft.Car, VehicleCraft.Plane, VehicleCraft.Ship. and VehicleCraft.Boat

    How about a plugin that turn mods to plugins?

    Also not possible. If you want to use mods on your server, check out MCPC+.

    No, not removed. MCPC+ is not a plugin. Its a server wrapper for minecraft, similar to bukkit.
