Need opinion for cross-server chat plugin

If this is the wrong place for this, feel free to tell me.

I need some opinions on a feature for a cross-server chat plugin I'm working on: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/convosync/

Recently I was able to make it so that chat from the console via the /say command can be displayed cross-server. However, my friend suggested that it should be configurable or an entirely separate command. I was hoping maybe someone could give me their opinion on this? I don't really quite agree with my friend, but I don't want to dismiss them either.

Whoops, it should read "as described below" in the poll option. The preview wouldn't show me where the poll would appear and I can't seem to edit it so I had to guess.

Wrong section, there already is a cross server chat plugin on the spigot forums I believe

 

Could you link to it? I couldn't find it.... the ones I found look like they do it to a irc room.

 

xTrollxDudex that's kind of irrelevant, there's more than one permissions plugin, isn't there? There's nothing wrong with multiple plugins that do similar things.

You still are in the wrong forum, you are only asking for opinions/ideas, try bukkit discussion. And regards to the other cross serer chat plugin, I think it was taken down because thw author couldn't support it anymore.
